This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. the value for money is outstanding - I couldn't believe how much I got for the price I paid. Secondly, the attention to detail was impeccable. From the key pad lockers to the basic amenities, the hotel had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The rooms were always kept clean and had a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains, including the excellent view on Carosello. Lastly, the breakfast spread was fantastic, with a wide variety of local delicacies to choose from.

I couldn't find a single thing that needed improvement - everything was just perfect.

The hotel offers quick and easy access to the ski slopes with a children's play park and nursery slopes with a magic carpet. It's conveniently located close to the bus stop for access to downtown, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection is decent, with the option for seconds, and the rooms are clean and comfortable with some facilities like an underground garage and heated ski room.

Some of the other guests were loud and disruptive, which detracted from the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel in the San Rocco ski area and I was pleasantly surprised by its value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the level of service provided by the staff. We had an amazing time staying at this hotel. Everything was spotlessly clean, from the rooms to the hotel facilities. The parking was convenient and easily accessible, and the transportation was super easy with the bus stop just outside the hotel. The location was great, with the drag lift to the Motollino ski area just a short distance away. We loved the breakfast, it was delicious and hearty, and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.

Had a fantastic Xmas break in a cozy hotel with friendly staff. Really appreciated the ample breakfast selection and the free ski shuttle that took us to the slopes and back. The location was perfect for us as it was within walking distance of the main town center and the ski school.

The room was rather small, with limited space to store our luggage. The heating system was occasionally noisy and woke us up at night.

Great for ski lovers - easily accessible to ski lifts and slopes. The hotel serves an excellent breakfast as well as a 3-course dinner with authentic flavors. The fitness center is fully equipped, and there's also a free wellness area at the hotel. The staff are kind and helpful and create a friendly atmosphere.

The size of the rooms may be too small for some guests, and there isn't a fridge or kettle in them. However, the hotel offers everything one could need downstairs. Additionally, while the location is ideal for skiing, it may not be for those looking to explore other areas near Livigno.
